Success Stories: Receiving more than Fertility

In the quality survey I filled out on my last day with you, I wrote that I’d write more about my experience from home… so now I am. And I’m actually glad I waited because there was honestly no way that I could have predicted how different I would feel at home and how noticeable the change would be for my husband, and that has been really exciting!

In short: Clear Passage is by far the best thing I’ve done for myself in a long time. After years of fertility treatments that sapped my physical, mental and emotional strength, and left me feeling less than whole; it was so refreshing to work with people who saw me as an active partner in my own best health. It was the first time I had done a fertility treatment that left me feeling that I had gained, rather than lost.

Okay. I’m not pregnant yet (it has only been a few weeks), so why am I so happy? Part of it just has to do with feeling so much better that I’m actually experiencing a sense of hopefulness for the first time in Lord-knows-how-long. The changes in other areas have been dramatic enough that it makes me believe anew that anything is possible. Plus, I’ve really enjoyed the unexpected bonus benefits!

My libido in general has definitely increased – which is kind of weird because it had been MIA for quite a while now. There has been such a huge shift in my experience of my own body, and the way it reacts… even my husband has commented on it (My husband by the way sincerely thanks you all!). Honestly, it’s like a whole new body. I’m amazed!

The therapy also helped me in ways I hadn’t anticipated. For years, I’ve gone to doctors on and off trying to find the root of my nearly constant need to use the bathroom. Every night out was peppered with trips to and from the bathroom at the drop of a hat. But the other night, we went to the movies and I made it through the trailers, the movie, the restaurant, the ride home and even watched half an hour of television and fed the cats before having to go again!

But the great care I got there goes beyond the results.

Truly, you all did such a terrific job – from first packet of information, with hotel, car rental and airline information, to the packet I got when I arrived, listing restaurants and nearby walks. You made it easy and relaxing to get there, and to be there. The welcome camera was such a nice extra touch. And everybody was so warm and friendly. You really helped me feel at home. You thought of everything!

An extra bonus, of course, is that you are all just wonderful, friendly, positive people. I truly enjoyed spending time with each of you and appreciate the words of wisdom and encouragement that you shared with me. Reminding me to be aware of what was going emotionally really helped me to get the most out of the experience, and gave me the permission I needed to use the week as my own private, healing retreat.

Seriously, what you all are doing is such a gift. As each unsuccessful year of fertility treatment went by, I moved further and further away from my body. It became an enemy. It became this thing that I didn’t know, that didn’t cooperate with me and ultimately I felt that it gave me very little pleasure. To get all those things back – regardless of anything else that does or doesn’t happen – is something that I will always be grateful for.

Hey, it would be terrific to get pregnant – but I already view the trip as a success because I got back my body, and my husband got back his wife (actually an improved model of his wife from even before our dating days, I have to say).

It’s hard to not buy into the idea that your body is the enemy, when you have so many people treating you like it is. I’ve tried a lot of things to turn that around: talk therapy, yoga, denial (okay, that last one probably wasn’t going to work), but for me this was the big turn around.

So thank you thank you, thank you. I hope you know how special you all are!

As you know, I was pleased to become pregnant after therapy with you. I thought you would find it interesting that, in addition to becoming pregnant after therapy with you, here are some of the other areas where I noted improvement, after my therapy with Clear Passage Therapies:

1. More noticeable fertile mucus and free flow of it.
2. Little or no pain during ovulation, a week before period or during period.
3. Increased libido, improved vaginal moisture.
4. Daily bowel movements that leave me feeling clean and the feeling of complete elimination regardless of my diet for the day.
5. Decreased breast soreness before periods. The Clear Passage therapists worked some on my front upper chest because I had complained of some chest tightness. An endocrinologist had mentioned that I may suffer from cystic breast disease, but I have not had any breast soreness now following your therapy (until this past month and it was due to the pregnancy)!
6. Less muscle tension in upper torso and low back.
7. The therapy must have improved ovulation with my right ovary because I had periods of time that I felt I was ovulating on the left only. I actually believed that I may not have ovulated the cycle that I became pregnant because I have not been feeling ovulation pain for months. I did experience fertile mucus for the cycle.
8. Reduction in occasional gallbladder pain that would sometimes extend from my gallbladder diagonal to my colon.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you all for the wonderful experience I had this past month at your office. I have been meaning to sit down a write a little note but the Holidays came a little to fast this year.

I have to admit I found Clear Passages on the Internet, and just kind of followed my gut instinct and made an appointment for your accelerated program. I flew to the clinic not really knowing what I was doing or where I was going. I drove to your office the night before my first appointment to make sure it wasn't a scam, and was quite relieved when I saw you were in a real building. When I arrived the first day I was warmly greeted and ready for an exceptional experience.

All of your therapists are fantastic. They are truly exceptional not only as therapists but as people. It was so nice to be with people who really cared about your well being. I have to say that after therapy at Clear Passage, I have had no pain during intercourse. I never imagined it could be so good !! And my belly button, where I previously had so much pain, now feels great!

I have only had one major migraine since I have been back which is really unusual for me, as you know. I will take the one a month vs. the string of successive migraines I was having before therapy at Clear Passage. I would like to come back for more treatment soon, this time with my husband. I would really like my husband to learn a few of the things you have offered to teach him, in case I ever have another migraine.

I don't have any news on the baby front- but I am not expecting anything. I just know I feel 100% better than I did before I came. Anyone who has gone through extensive fertility treatments can appreciate the wonderful environment you provide at Clear Passage. After going through your program I don't know how anyone can go through fertility treatments if your body is not 100% to begin with.

I have recommended a few people to your offices and will continue to do so. I cannot speak highly enough of all of you.

My husband and I had the wonderful experience of therapy last month, and I have to say that I have never felt healthier! My back is no longer completely stiff, and we are optimistic about a family for the first time in years. The Clear Passage staff was just so special.... I can't even put it in words to describe what a life-changing trip that was for us. I think I have driven all our family and friends totally crazy with referrals to Clear Passage -- it could benefit so many people!

I am extremely pleased with the treatment and the quality of care provided by the entire staff. I felt that the therapists were genuinely interested in my well-being. They kept me informed at all times and constantly asked for feedback. I thank God for finding your clinic. After 20 hours of treatment, my body no longer aches and I am no longer tired. My body feels more agile and more energetic!

I am glad to have found CPT. Before CPT, I had dealt with 4 years of surgeries (laparotomy, laparoscopy, D&C) and 2 cycles of clomid. My husband and I were getting very frustrated and we felt like IVF was going to be our last option. I was concerned about the financial costs of IVF as well as religious concerns. I was very frustrated that I seem to have surgery almost every two years to have relief for my endometriosis. Since my treatment at Clear Passage, I am feeling so much better. I am so happy I found a natural way to heal, and to not only hopefully achieve my dream of becoming a mother, but also to discover a less traumatic way to treat my endometriosis. I believe that the result of pregnancy from your treatment would be wonderful. I’m not yet pregnant, but I know that I have already received a tremendous benefit from your therapy. I haven't been able to put into words what a difference the therapy has made. It is an all over kind of wonderful. My beliefs, as each of you mentioned in therapy, is that everything works together and when something is not able to work properly the effects are endless. So, I suppose that would best explain how I feel. For me, the good effects of CPT are endless! I have noticed many wonderful changes from head to toe.

One (I'm sure many) would tend to think that pregnancy would occur immediately after treatment but as success shows, this is not true. I feel better as the days go on.

I have had two cycles since treatment. Before therapy my pain levels were literally #10+ (on a scale of 1 to 10). My first cycle was just two days after I left, and my pain level was only a #5. However, you told me that it might take my body up to 30 days to fully assimilate the results of your work with me. Sure enough, my second period was 27 days after I left, and I was thrilled to find that my pain level was only a #2. I can never in my life remember experiencing so little pain with my period!!

As far as changing your lifestyle and diet, I know it takes about 3 - 4 months for your body to re-adjust. I suppose this may be the same idea. From my experience and stories from other Clear Passage patients, your therapy appears to have positive effects on hormones or rather the glands that produce these hormones. Believe me, it's important to keep those little gals happy!

I know you get a ton of emails and I tried to keep it short but each day that passes is better than the next and I am so grateful. I do my stretches each day. Oh, you may want to stop me, but I'm afraid I'm now a sacral pad junkie! I use it after all my stretches and it is just fabulous! Thank you also for the gift of that handy little device. I keep it in my purse, in case I ever need to adjust my own pelvis or low back. It is so empowering to now have tools to fix myself, if & when I need a 'tune up.'

I came to Clear Passage because I have been infertile for over seven years. The lower back pain I had been suffering from for over 20 years became a part of my life and I accepted this pain, and later the intercourse pain, as "normal for me." I just completed 20 hours of therapy. My ultimate prayer is that I will become pregnant - but I have already been rewarded. Intercourse pain has reduced 99% in one week as well as the lower back pain. I value the instructions on how to strengthen my back and prevent further injuries. The therapists could not have been more caring and patient with me and my husband. You and your entire staff are all a very special group.

I never imagined that I would leave with the emotions I had on Friday. But it would be impossible to feel any different after spending a week with such special people as all of you. I regret that in an attempt to compose myself, I did not give everyone a hug of overwhelming appreciation. Well, that composure lasted all of an instant after we left!

I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet everyone and be a part of your wonderful discovery! It was an incredible experience for both of us - emotionally and especially for me - physically. Your undivided attention to me and my problems and the way I feel today is unbelievable. For the first time I could hold my little niece without my legs giving out on me. Among all of your work, thank you for the extensive attention to my lower back. A baby will be the ultimate reward, but I left treatment without the back and pelvic pain that I learned to live with for close to 15 years!

I will burn a CD of my husband‘s stories. Getting away from his work was his therapy. Thank you for allowing him to share in my therapy sessions. We both were very intrigued by each of you.

I wanted to wait until I got home to write about my experience with your fantastic staff at Clear Passage. I had the most amazing week with you all. You are all so caring, supportive, and kind and I will never forget this experience with you.

I have had hip and leg pain for years due to past traumas that I had unbelievably forgotten about. After spending a few days with you I suddenly remembered two accidents I had as a teenager that resulted in scar tissue around my hip and leg. Now (after just a week of therapy), my hip pain is completely gone! On my last day in Florida I walked for hours through Disney World with absolutely no pain! This would have been impossible only a week earlier.

I'm very hopeful that pregnancy will be achieved after seeing immediate results in these other areas of my body. It was such a miraculous healing and I truly feel that I have been given a new body!

I am so grateful and thank you all for your compassion and understanding. You listened without judgment and I received so much more than massage therapy. It was truly healing for mind, body and soul. I will definitely recommend you to others.

The care I received was extraordinary. The pain I experienced before treatment caused emotional and physical discomfort, and your treatment allowed me to work different problems out in my life. I still have work to do on the emotional side as well as the physical, but given the tools I was provided at Clear Passage, I feel I can work through things now.
